Kaleb Neufeld

Board Secretary
Kaleb Neufeld, MBA comes to us with an extensive background in professionalism, finance management and entrepreneurial ventures. Graduating with his MBA from the Craig School of business at Fresno State, Kaleb has a strong passion for making a difference in the community. He currently serves as the Assistant Controller for the City of Fresno. For Kaleb, he felt joining FPNW was a tremendous opportunity to make a positive impact in our community and the greater Fresno area. Many neighborhoods deal with crime on a day-to-day basis and do not have the knowledge, tools, and other resources that are necessary to make positive change in their community in order to improve their quality of life. The Fresno Police and Neighborhood Watch organization looks to fill this gap in providing resources and support to neighborhoods that may feel stuck, frustrated, struggling with what they feel is lack of police response and unsure of what the next steps may be for reducing crime in their communities. Having to deal with some of these challenges in his own neighborhood, he came to the realization that neighborhoods across our community need to take on collective responsibility and accountability. Many of these neighborhoods need support and a fighting voice for positive change to occur. He wants to be an advocate for change in neighborhoods, particularly those that are of lower socioeconomic status as these communities are historically overlooked.
